Billing questions
What is a credit?+
One credit creates one HD 1980s photo. If you generate 4 photos in one run, 4 credits are used. Generations that fail for technical reasons are re-credited automatically.
How does automatic renewal work?+
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. For yearly plans we email you a reminder at least 7 days before each renewal.
How do I cancel?+
Cancel anytime online in Account > Billing, or email billing@novaali.shop. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your credits until then.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Subscription credits reset at the start of each monthly credit cycle and do not roll over. Credit pack credits never expire while your account remains open.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. Purchases with no credits used can be refunded in full within 7 days. If you forget to cancel and contact us within 7 days of a renewal without using credits from the new period, we will refund that renewal. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we never store your full card details.
Are taxes included?+
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location, and the final total is always shown before you pay.
