DMCA & Takedown Policy

1. Requests about images of you

If an image that shows you, or that was made from your photo, was created or shared without your consent, including any intimate or sexualized image, email abuse@novaali.shop with the subject "Removal request". Include a description or link, and a way to contact you. You do not need to prove copyright ownership. We remove qualifying content and any known copies within 48 hours of a valid request and may suspend the account involved.

2. Copyright infringement notices (DMCA)

If you believe content on Novaali infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at legal@novaali.shop containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material and information to locate it.
4. Your contact information (address, phone number and email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

3. Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court. We may restore the material after 10 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
