Acceptable Use Policy

1. Upload only photos you are allowed to use

• You must be 18 or older.
• Upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have given you clear permission to transform their image.
• Never upload photos of children or anyone who appears to be under 18.
• Do not upload photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures.
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, such as other people's copyrighted photos or artwork.

2. Prohibited content and uses

You may not use Novaali to create, request or share:

• Nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
• Any content involving minors in a sexualized, harmful or exploitative way.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or any image of a real person made without their consent.
• Impersonation, fake identity documents, or images intended to deceive, defraud or mislead, including passing images off as real historical photographs.
• Political disinformation or election-related deception.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or content that demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.
• Violent, gory or extremist content.
• Content that infringes trademarks, copyrights, rights of publicity or privacy.
• Anything illegal where you live or in the United States.

3. Prohibited technical misuse

• Scraping, reverse engineering or automated access to the Service without our written permission.
• Circumventing safety filters, rate limits, watermarks or payment.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free previews.
• Reselling credits or access to the Service.

4. How we enforce this policy

We use automated safety filters on uploads and results, and may review flagged content. We may block generations, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, to the relevant authorities such as NCMEC.

5. Report misuse

If you believe an image of you was created without your consent, or you see any other misuse, email abuse@novaali.shop with as much detail as you can. We review reports and remove qualifying content within 48 hours. See also our DMCA & Takedown page.
