Delivery Policy

Novaali is a 100% digital service. Nothing is shipped. Here is how and when you receive what you pay for.
1. What you receive
- Credit packs: the stated number of credits, added to your Novaali account.
- Subscriptions: the stated monthly credits and plan features for each billing period.
- Images: each credit produces one AI-generated 1980s-style image, downloadable as a JPG file at 2048 px (4096 px upscale on Pro and Studio).
2. When credits are delivered
Credits are added to your account instantly after your payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. You also receive an email receipt. Subscription credits are added at the start of each monthly credit cycle.
3. When images are delivered
Most images are generated in 30 to 90 seconds and appear directly in the generator and in your account history. At busy times it may take a few minutes. Generated images are available to download for 30 days.
4. Shipping
We do not sell physical products and do not ship anything. There are no shipping fees and no shipping restrictions.
5. Where the Service is available
The Service is available worldwide through a web browser, except in countries where we are prohibited from offering it by applicable sanctions or export laws.
6. Problems with delivery
If your credits do not appear within 1 hour of payment, or an image fails to generate, email support@novaali.shop with your account email. We will add the missing credits, re-credit failed generations or issue a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
