A clear, well-lit photo of one person, facing the camera, with no sunglasses or heavy filters. JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 10 MB. Head-and-shoulders photos work for most styles; half-body photos are better for outfits like aerobics or hip-hop.

Your uploads are used only to create your images. Original uploads are deleted automatically within 24 hours, and generated images are kept for 30 days so you can download them, unless you delete them sooner. We never sell your photos or use them to train AI models.

Images created on the free tier, credit packs and the Basic plan are for personal use. The Pro and Studio plans include a commercial use license for your own marketing, social content and client work.

Yes. If you have not used any of the credits you purchased, you can request a full refund within 7 days. Generations that fail for technical reasons are automatically re-credited. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

No. Every image is AI-generated artwork inspired by 1980s photography. They are designed for fun, nostalgia and creativity, and should not be presented as authentic historical photographs.

You can try free previews without paying. An account is needed to buy credits, keep your history and download HD files.

You can delete any generated photo from your history at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, use Account > Delete account or email privacy@novaali.shop. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Yes. Novaali works in any modern mobile browser. You can upload straight from your camera roll.

Low light, strong filters, sunglasses or side angles make it harder for the AI to preserve your features. Try a sharper, front-facing photo. Failed or clearly broken generations can be reported to support for a re-credit.

Most styles are designed for one person. Prom Night works well for couples. Each person pictured must be an adult who has agreed to their photo being used.
